Every individual and institution aspires to succeed. Are these decisions based on sound logic taking into account the likely risks and environment?


EduSaarathi wants to support individuals and students to take the right decision. We will provide pertinent solutions and help them to succeed.


This is achieved through a 3 steps process. The milestones at the end of each step is clearly outlined.


Assess - Know Yourself

This is the foundation stage where the individual undergoes a self assessment test. At the end of the ‘Assess Milestone’ the test taker gets a personality trait report. Based on their age and career stage, suitable assessment tool is used as a reference for further counseling.


Transform - Take Decisions

To fulfill aspirations, transformation is required. Periodic counselling, training and assessment help map the transformation phase. There is no “one suit that fits all” concept at ES. The progress report is generated and assessed three times during the phase.


Succeed - Meet Your Objective

Success for the student is primarily for ES and all stakeholders. The earlier two process help in student succeed but subsequent support is also available.
